Which UCoat It system is best suited for my application?
All UCoat It systems begin with our base epoxy product UCoat. UCoat may be used as a standalone finish or serve as a bonding base for any of the other UCoat It system options. Choosing which system is best for your application will be determined by environmental exposure (i.e. automotive, non-automotive, interior, exterior, etc.) and your desired finish. UCoat as a standalone finish will provide good durability and chemical resistance for a number of applications. Since it is water-based, there are virtually no odors and it can easily be applied indoors without concern for harmful vapors. Adding a urethane top coat finish option will add to the long-term performance, wear resistance and light reflectivity of your UCoat It floor coating.
