UCoat It® America Named "The Exclusive Floor Coating of
NASCAR Performance"

AUBURN HILLS, Michigan, Nov. 2, 2010 - UCoat It America LLC, a leading provider of commercial-grade epoxy floor coating systems for consumer and trade markets, has reached an agreement with the National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing Inc. (NASCAR) to become "The Exclusive Floor Coating of NASCAR Performance."

This multi-year agreement with NASCAR Performance provides UCoat It with a marketing platform to enhance and differentiate its products and drive sales. UCoat It will utilize the NASCAR Performance marks and intellectual property on its packaging, as well as within literature, on its advertising and promotional programs, and at industry events.
