System Description
UClad is a two component self leveling 100% solids epoxy colored coating used to repair spalled and pitted areas of a concrete surface. UClad is an odor free, has very little volatile organic compounds and has no combustible fumes.

How Applied
UClad is applied with a squeegee and 3/8" nap roller for the best result. Use the squeegee to spread the UClad and back rolled with a 3/8" nap roller to even out the coating. The UClad system should be applied between the UCoat bond coat and the UCoat finish coat should be applied, normally 8-12 hrs @ 68 degrees, but within 72 hours.

UClad can be applied to any concrete surface with imperfections such as spalled or pitted areas.

System Cost
Based on maximum coverage per gallon, the UClad system starts as low as $1.31 per sq.ft., or $459.95 for up to a 350 sq.ft area. Actual coverage will vary based on color used.

• When applying UClad, coating the entire surface is desirable, otherwise a noticeable surface texture difference will be present if you use UClad only in sections.
• Due to the nature of high-build epoxies, UClad is recommended for professional use only due to shortened pot life and working times.
• Due to its self-leveling nature, a UClad floor will need a anti-slip additive of some kind, either UTex (recommended) or UFlek chips, added to the finish coat of UCoat to prevent the floor from being too slippery when wet. This is of the highest concern in exterior, garage, or automotive floors due to the higher probability of water or other liquids being present on the floor surface.
• If to be used in an exterior area, a topcoat of UGloss-AF or UFlek-AF is recommended to prevent "chalking" of the surface.
