What is UPatch?

UPatch is an easy to use, permanent industrial floor patching compound. This two-part epoxy crack filler is designed for shallow repair on either vertical or horizontal surfaces. Use it to fill small cracks, gouges, chips, holes and minor rough spots on your floor. When applied prior to finishing any UCoat It floor, UPatch will eliminate the imperfections leaving a great looking smooth surface. This product is pre-measured and easy to mix and use for novice or expert. For repairing thin cracks or filling of expansion joints less than 1/8" wide, you may consider UFill™ as an alternative to UPatch.

UPatch comes in light gray or beige and is applied between bond and finish coats of the UCoat system. When coating over UPatch, the patched areas should be rolled over with a light coat before beginning the rest of the floor to ensure that the UPatch will not show through.

How is it sold?

UPatch is available is two kit sizes: Two Quart Kit (Light Gray or Beige) or Two Gallon Kit (Light Gray only). A UPatch 2 Quart Kit will yield a 1/8" bead, 1200 linear feet — typically enough for the average 2½ car application.
