UPrep-CLC is a specially formulated concentrate ideal for the preparing of concrete surfaces prior to application of the UCoat It floor coating system.

UPrep-CLC is easy to use. Simply dilute contents 7:1 with water and apply to a damp surface. Agitate with a brush or mop and rinse clean. Available in 1 quart bottles and 12 bottle cases. Each bottle will treat an area up to 150 sq.ft.; the average 2½ car garage (24' x 24') would typically use 4 bottles.
