Shipping Policy
UCoat It floor coatings are shipped using one of the following methods. Estimated delivery times are provided by the 3rd party carrier.
Standard Shipping Options
UPS Ground (Continental US)
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipping using UPS Ground. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to payment verification and product availability. Delivery time is 3-7 business days for orders shipped throughout the Continental United States. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Holidays
UPS Ground (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
If you select UPS Ground, your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to payment verification and product availability. Delivery time is 7-10 business days for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Holidays. Certain restrictions may apply on UGloss-AF or UFlek-AF products.
Freight (Large Orders)
On larger orders, it may be preferable to ship your order via truck freight. Shipping via freight allows us to package your entire order into one unit (wooden palette) rather than shipping multiple loose boxes, lowering the risk of damage or lost items during transit. Typical shipping times are comparable to, or even less than, other means of shipping. Customers using freight service must be able to accept a palette (access to forklift). Liftgate service is available for a nominal fee. Call 1-800-826-2848 for more information regarding freight shipping.
Expedited Shipping Options
UPS Next Day Air
If you select Next-Day Air your order will go out within 24 hours and will go out the same day if received by 12:00pm Eastern Time (11:00am Central Time, 10:00am Mountain Time, 9:00am Pacific Time), subject to payment verification and product availability. Orders processed on a business day (Monday - Friday) will be delivered to you on the following business day after leaving our distribution center. Orders processed on the weekend or Holiday will be shipped on the next business day and the delivery time once it leaves our distribution center will be one business day. Please note, Next Day Air service is not available in all areas. UGloss-AF or UFlek-AF products CANNOT be shipped Next Day Air.
UPS Second Day Air
If you select Second-Day Air, your order will be shipped within 24 hours and will go out the same day if received by 12:00pm Eastern Time (11:00am Central Time, 10:00am Mountain Time, 9:00am Pacific Time), subject to payment verification and product availability. Orders processed on a business day (Monday - Friday) will be delivered to you approximately 2-3 business days after leaving our distribution center. Orders processed on the weekend or Holiday will be shipped on the next business day and the delivery time once it leaves our distribution center ranges from 2-3 business days. UGloss-AF or UFlek-AF products CANNOT be shipped Second Day Air.
Shipping Outside USA
Placing Orders From Canada
All customers looking to place an order from Canada please call us at (248) 545-4055. The customer is responsible for all Government and Provincial Sales Taxes, and all possible brokerage fees. All Canadian orders ship UPS Ground. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to payment verification and product availability. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. *Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Holidays.
International Orders
UCoat It will ship your order to a designated freight forwarder of your choice within the continental United States. Further arrangements are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged Product(s)
Unfortunately, damages sometimes do occur. Any customer who receives damaged merchandise must notify UCoat It within 30 days of receipt. If the damage is clearly noticeable at the time of delivery, it is best to refuse that package immediately. Upon notification from the customer, we will initiate a damage claim on your behalf with the carrier. After inspection by the carrier, replacement merchandise will be reshipped, using the same service the as originally shipped. The customer may upgrade the shipping service at an additional charge. For merchandise that is damaged without notification from the carrier, products may be re-purchased and shipped, for urgency by the customer. Upon notification from the carrier a credit will be issued for the damaged merchandise.
The re-shipping of merchandise may take up to 10-14 business, including shipping time.
